Hotel Zorna Plava Laguna

Food was a highlight for the main meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all good quality and varied. The only thing that I didn't like was the snack options, which felt repetitive (the same sandwich every day). The bar was great with coffee, juice, water, and beer being available throughout the day, plus cocktails in the evening. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, speaking several languages including English, which made communication easy. The TVs in the rooms also had channels in multiple languages, a nice touch for international guests. There are also sports activities included in the price, including tennis, pool, and paddle boats — but note that nobody tells you about these at check-in. You have to actively ask at reception to find out what’s available and how to book it, which seems like an easy fix on the hotel’s part. Parking was quite cheap at just €2/day. The main downside was that the hotel is quite old, and unfortunately the elevator was out of service for several days during our stay. Since we were on the last floor, this impacted the overall experience more than we expected

Where do i start, friendly staff, big shout out to MARISELA , always smiling helpfull and curtious , hotel was clean tidy, so well done to the staff who managed to stay on top of things , very polite and helpfull and patient with my attempts at croatan , room was kept up to spec with towels ect replaced each day as used. Local area is clean tidy and people friendly and knowlegeable. And i can recomend the local water taxies , 5 euros more than driven but what an experience , will definately be going back .

I cannot rate these guys highly enough, spotlessly clean, excellent service from everyone, good standard of English, and so very helpful without making you feel that they are hovering! Big shout out to Marisela, she is so lovely and kind, calm, even when dealing with a huge wedding party and multiple changes of language. The food was amazing, buffet style with enough choices to suit even the most fussy eater. As an all inclusive there is a bar, serving both alcoholic drinks and excellent coffee/tea. Plus self service soft drinks and even an ice-cream stand which the children enjoyed. Stunning views, clean swimming pool and the sea is only a two minute walk away. Activities for all the family and wild dolphin trips run from the nearby beach. The town is a 20 minute taxi ride away. Or 5 minutes by water taxi, which, I also recommend. It really is the perfect place to relax, unwind and forget your working life. We didn't want to come back, we will be going again. One week was not long enough.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Hotel was clean, food was excellent, bar staff couldn’t do enough even when they were absolutely busy and had been working all day long. Senaid and Marisela in particular were super! English level was excellent and stayed bubbly the whole way through. 100% would come again

On arrival we were a little taken back on walking through to reception it felt a little overwhelming everyone crowded around at front sat drinking smoking not welcoming. Room small no kettle no balcony nowhere to dry towels costumes. Tv good has youtube. Bed comfy clean. Food okay nothing fantastic but good selection. Drinks not great cocktails made with soda water from tap water down really disgusting drinks very sugary coffee wasnt very nice restaurant is slammed if your not first in queue early your waiting a long time then worry about getting seated. Especially if weather isn't great and everyone has same idea. Staff friendly mostly . During our stay we were the only English people inthe hotel and surrounding areas which was so bizarre. Isolating a little too. Pool area small seats limited. Entertainment around hotel is great water sports great beach was just superb because of the surroundings and all the things to do including old town porec etc this holiday was fantastic unfortunately the hotel did let it down something as simple as a kettle for tea would have made it a little better ..but all in all a great stay
