Pical Resort, Valamar Collection

I don’t even know where to begin, because every single detail of this hotel and resort was absolute perfection. There are three hotels in total, and we stayed at the V Level. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we loved all the thoughtful amenities. The room itself had plenty of storage for two people. We loved the minibar, the complimentary water, and the mini coffee and gin station. Being able to choose the scent of the room was such a unique and fun feature. Our balcony overlooked the sea, and watching the sunset from there became one of our favorite moments. The Amouage toiletries in the bathroom were fantastic, and I especially appreciated the scrunchies, lip balm, makeup‑remover soap, and the fact that the hairdryer even had a diffuser for curly hair — something almost no hotel provides! The towels and bathrobes were wonderfully soft, and having two sinks was so convenient. And the flower terrarium was a nice touch too! There were many restaurants and bars to choose from, but we mostly ate at the Parenzana and enjoyed our drinks at the Note piano bar. The food was mindblowing! and the staff were always warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Honestly, if we could move in, we would! We highly recommend this place to everyone — families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

We stayed at Pical Suites and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent, with beautiful sea views and high-quality amenities. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, and we appreciated the option to dine in different restaurants, which added great variety to our stay. Staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and very attentive. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional and greatly enhanced our overall experience. Overall, everything from the modern facilities and cleanliness to the peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would be happy to return.

Amazing Amazing Amazing, everything amazing

A top notch experience for the whole family both for us as parents and for our child. We spent four days in the hotel without feeling the need to leave at all. The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help with anything. We would especially like to highlight Tamara, the childcare educator, who left a lasting impression on both us and our son. The playrooms and organized activities for children were spot on diverse, engaging, and very well thought out. While the kids were happily playing and enjoying themselves, we parents also had our time to relax. My wife and I finally had a chance to unwind, enjoy a glass of wine included in the price, and catch up on conversations. An experience truly worth every penny highly recommended!
