ROOM 546/547 connecting room; - Air conditioning did not work, very hot in the rooms! 26 gr! Reported, nothing could be done. We have stayed in the room 4 days out of 7 without properly working air conditioning. - Both safes did not work, did not open (solved after reporting to reception). - Maintenance of the room below par. - Shower cabin in room 247, does not close and edges are broken. - Shower cabin in room 246 leaks, leaving bathroom floor wet. - Cobwebs on both rooms in different places. - Room 247: the power cables are clearly and visible along the door; during stay sealed by handyman without reporting to us. - Terrace: dirty and dirty not maintained. - Sinks in both bathrooms; damaged, not the same as showen On website. - Park view is at these rooms, broken trees without any piece of greenery. SWIMMING POOL; Dirty and smelly water, children have ear infections from both the water of the aqua park and the large swimming pool. Poor maintenance resulting in missing tiles and broken spots. Brown edge in the pool that you could wipe away with your hands, why don't the lifeguards (they only look at their phones or each other) or maintenance people do that? DINNER ROOM; Staff does what they can but there is not enough control by managers, so work is slow and nothing is seen. Food should not be left on the floor, spilled drinks or food should be cleaned up in no time, which was not the case! Food itself is fine. Too little space to dine outside and if you can get a seat outside you have to watch out that your chair does not sink through the sides of the terrace, broken edges everywhere on the wooden planks.

We went in this hotel hoping we will relax and enjoy. We got even more than we ever imagined. 1. Personnel is very, very polite and helpful. Whether it's receptionists, manager, quality control manager, kitchen workers, staff that cleans and takes care of rooms, and whole animation team. Every staff member of Plava Laguna was great to us. 2. Animation team!!!! I think they are the best in Croatia. So nice, engaged, full of love for children, creative. They seem so united and friendly. Evening show for kids (and grown ups) is... perfect. We loved musical which was guided by choreographer Stjepan, it is amazing that such amateurs can create so lovely show. Kids are so delighted with the program, morning activities, games, fashion show, mini musical. We didn't come to leave our children with animation team, but they insisted to stay and were so happy... we came home and they still sing all the songs, dance... Send our love to Stjepan, Eva, Vanja, Dora, Domenico, Chiara, Ivan, Sara, Petra, Sanela and Kristina (and another Ivan)! 3. Aquapark and pools - there is something for everyone. Aquapark is for older children, but small poll is great for everyone. Fitness program in big pool is great, we loved Abrahams enthusiasm! 4. The beach is very close and accessible with walking trail in shade. The beach has enough chairs and the sand is great for children. 5. Restaurant is buffet type, but there's everything for everyone. Breakfast: eggs, bacon, bread, semolina, cereals, pancakes, croissants, vegetables, fruit, tea, coffee, cocoa... coffee from coffee machine is not good for me, but the one from big bucket is filter coffee and it is great. Dinner has two types of soup, vegetables, lot of fish, meat, omelets, pizza, pasta, rice, cakes, wine, beer, juice, water, ice cream. 6. Kids aged 4 to 11 have lunch and ice cream, it was sufficient for ours. We will definitely come back! I'm not saying everyone will have the same experience as we did, but we are truly amazed and happy with hotel and especially with people that are part of it.

We have booked this hotel for the family holidays. We have kids, so we needed pool and animation program. Everything which is related to the territory and services was very nice - great pools, aquapark, good animation, evening programs, good kids room and playground. Good bars, drinks and service there. But everything related to the room was a total disappointment. The hotel doesn’t worth its money. We had so-called Premium room, but it was small, dark, badly equipped and required renovation. The hairdryer and phone didn’t work, there was lots of dust behind the bed and at the mirror light. The daily cleaning was poor, even the floor was left dirty after cleaning. Also there were queues to the restaurant in the morning. Once we have spent 15 min waiting to have breakfast. There were lack of beach towels and you had to be lucky to get them changed. And also people/ guests had occupied sunbeds in the early morning with their towels and you couldn’t find a single one empty after 9:30. Too many guests, the hotel can’t manage it.
