Valamar Diamant Residence

We had a lovely stay! There are many fun facilities. There are a lot of places where you can get food and it is all fine. The staff is crazy kind and the service is great! The resort is close to the beach and has 3 swimmingpools. The only negative point is that our door couldn't close properly so the mosquitos came right in. Also the pillows hurt your neck a lot. They are way to soft. 4/5 would recommend!

We LOVE going to Valamar diamant. Especially traveling with our children, they have an epic time. All of the staff is super kind and used to deal with children. Play rooms are amazing! We will come back over and over again. Good quality/price

Everyone in the staff was nice except Leonardo and Kerim. Leonardo wouldn’t let my friends and me sit together and was very rude. Also he only smiled to good looking girls and was a bit too close to them in my opinion. Concerning Kerim, he was the rudest waiter i have ever seen. He wouldn’t let us pay separately, always asked us to leave the bar before we could even sit down (even tho the bar area was almost empty) and was really condescending. He shouldn’t be a waiter because he treats clients like dogs. On top of that, the bartenders were really slow. I can understand that when there’s a rush but it was always the case even when there was very few people. Except that, very cool and clean hotel. The beach was accessible and very nice.

The spacious apartments (37 m2) are equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, a small terrace with table and chairs, etc. They are very old (40 years was said) and therefore really need renovation. But so is the price. Cleaning is done every 3 days as well as fresh towels. We drive an electric car and charging is next to the entrance so no problem and free of charge. Parking has to be paid for. You can use all the facilities of the hotel, both indoors and outdoors. Nice swimming pool where unfortunately there is nothing to eat. All in all it is top notch and excellent value for money as well as the service from the friendly staff who speak their languages ​​well. All in all, we (couple 50+) had a successful holiday in May/June 2022.
