LionsDive Beach Resort

This is our second time staying at LionsDive, we loved it so much last year, we brought the rest of our family here this year. The staff are always helpful and friendly! We will always choose to stay here every time we come to Curacao!

I went to LionsDive with my family and had an absolutely incredible time from start to finish. We needed some extra help and the front desk (especially Alex) went above and beyond to make sure we were all set, and checked in with us about our specific needs every time they saw us. Shari took us on a wonderful early morning hike to see flamingos and pointed out tons of flora and fauna and its uses. The pools and beaches are stunning, the drinks are strong and delicious, the rooms are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend LionsDive to anyone going to Curacao!

My family recently stayed at LionsDive Beach Resort for our family vacation, and I would gladly give it all the stars possible. Our family of four, including two sons in their 20's, stayed in one the 2 bedroom apartments at LionsDive. It was perfect. Plenty of room to hang out together or separate when anyone needed a little time on their own. Our apartment had 2 rooms with king size beds and a pull out couch. All were comfortable with high end bedding. The kitchen and morning coffee were a godsend. We hit the grocery store so we could prepare food or when we didn't feel like going out to eat. The kitchen included a full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave/convenction oven, and a caffitaly brand coffee maker (takes specific size and shape pods that the resort provides free of charge). Cabinets were stocked with all cutlery and dishes we needed. The resort was lovely, with 2 pools, more than ample beach front and chairs, and multiple restaraunts and bars. For those wondering if the resort is family friendly, the resort was loaded with families and kids of all ages. Proximity to Mambo beach is closer than maps indicate. We enjoyed the variety of restaraunts and shops just steps away when we wanted a little variety. Similarly, the dive shop is on site and the aquarium is only a 2 minute walk away. There are a couple of nights when bars on site and on Mambo beach have music but we never felt it was loud or intrusive. We rented a car to explore the island and parking was free and convenient at the resort. Perhaps the most important aspect of the resort is the staff. Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful, kind, friendly, and welcome. The customer service experience was superior. This was, hands down, the best vacation we ever had. Curacao is amazing and the LionsDive Beach Resort is outstanding.

Amazing resort. The beach and lagoons are warm, calm, and have lots of fish for snorkeling. Room was great. We had the beach front 2 bedroom suite. Worth getting if you want huge patio beach front to hang on. Several onsite restaurants for easy dinning plus (2 ocean front). nearby complex with another half dozen choices. Plus the resort is super well maintained as are the common bathrooms near the beach. Also right next to the Ocean Encounters Dive Center if u want to SCUBA. Tip. Plan to attend the Friday night happy hour at Chill - so much fun.

The resort was gorgeous and the dive shop exceptional. However, the service at the resort and affiliated restaurants was hit or miss. Not consistent and overall average.
