Candi Beach Resort &Spa

The resort had everything we needed for a few days away. A couple of pools with plenty of lounges, both in the sun and shade. Lovely restaurants and the most helpful and attentive staff. Even though there are works happening on the beach in front of the resort it did not make any difference to our stay and would definitely stay again

I stayed for one night in an Ocean Suite with a jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Dinner was just average—I tried the Rawon, but it lacked flavor and the broth wasn’t as rich and thick as expected. However, breakfast was much better, with a wide variety of options. One of the older waitresses stood out in particular—she was very cheerful and kindly offered bananas as a dessert, which was a lovely touch. At the moment, the beach is not accessible due to ongoing renovation of the retaining wall along the shoreline. There was also some noise in the morning during breakfast because of this. That said, it seems like the improvements will provide better beach access in the future. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, and I look forward to seeing the beach area once the renovations are complete.

Excellent service, ocean view bungalow with private terras. Very good dinner at the restaurant. Friendly people, always helpfull. Very good divingcentre in the resort. Beach only with low tide and government is working on it right now. But the hotel has a shuttle service for a nearby beach.

i have stayed several times on this property and always amaze with everything; the staff, the room, lovely service, beautiful view ocean and hills, fresh air with lovely coconut trees surely relax your body and mind.

Sadly this was not the ideal relaxing beach holiday we had anticipated after travelling for 6 weeks round Australia and Nee Zealand. There was extensive work being carried out on the beach which made it inaccessible. Lotties and earth movers were going all day long even on Saturday and Sunday. There is no mention of this on the Booking.com website nor on the hotel website which seems to me totally dishonest. The staff are wonderful and our room was lovely but this totally spoilt our time here as we love swimming in the sea and walking on the beac. The work is expected to go on for some time so check before you book as it’s non-refundable if you cancel!
