Candi Beach Resort &Spa

Spent the last 5 nights of our Bali trip here and it was a beautiful end to a great holiday. We stayed in the luxury pool villas which were fabulous so much room and great facilities - the private pool was the best of the holiday. Breakfast was excellent and in a lovely setting looking out to sea. There is maintenance work currently preventing some access to the beach but this did not affect our stay and the hotel offered free transport to an alternative beach which we took advantage of. However we preferred to relax round the pool with views out to the sea. The spa treatments were excellent as was the yoga class.

Eight years ago, I stayed at the Candi Beach Resort & Spa for the first time, and even back then I felt incredibly at home. Now that I’ve been back, and after my second stay, I can say: I’d come back anytime! What makes this hotel so special to me are the people. Truly every single staff member I encountered during my stay was incredibly friendly, warm, and dedicated. You don’t just feel like a guest—you feel truly welcome. 🥰 I also thoroughly enjoyed the culinary experience. The food at the hotel was excellent every time, and I really ate very well. At the same time, though, it’s also worth leaving the hotel every now and then to try out the warungs in the area—you can enjoy excellent, authentic meals there, too. 🍛😋 Before my trip, I was a bit unsure because of the construction site in front of the hotel. In hindsight, that worry was completely unnecessary: it hardly affected my vacation at all and didn’t bother me personally. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here once again and felt completely at ease from the first day to the last. The beautiful grounds, the relaxed atmosphere, and above all, the wonderful team made it hard to say goodbye once again. 🌴❤️ If I ever find myself back in Bali and Candidasa, I would definitely stay at the Candi Beach Resort & Spa a third time. This Hotel is simply beautiful. If you want a quiet week away this is the place to stay . 5-7 nights should do it. The Hotel is located in the quiet location of Mendira just outside Candidasa. This is a quiet get away from it all location in a stunning luscious Green back drop. The Hotel is decent value for money has pretty good rooms and a fantastic Ocean Spa but the highlight are the super polite & attentive staff - they really are all lovely. Just outside the Hotel are a few good Warungs & Supermarkets but the Hotel has two excellent restaurants with a great Ala Cart Service for Lunch & dinner and the breakfast service is outstanding driven by the talented chef.. Super Resort , Super staff. I will definitely be coming back with my wife soon. There is a Beach enhancement project going on at the moment in the Candidasa area but noise is to a minimum so don’t let this bother you. The Hotel does a shuttle service to Virgin Beach which is excellent fun and an enjoyable half day or day out. The Hotel would make a great 2nd location stay as a few hours from the airport. It is also in a good location for site seeing Temples, Rice Terraces, Waterfalls etc. We are still here now & don’t want to go home .

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds and lovely pools. The rooms were great, especially for the price — very clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. The only downside for us was the location. It’s around two hours from the airport and there isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area. After a few days we got a little bored with eating at the hotel, and there wasn’t much nearby to keep teenagers entertained. Overall though, it’s a beautiful resort and fantastic value for money. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay and don’t mind being a bit more isolated.

Everything from the service, the villa and the food was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We went with our family, and we will definitely be back.
