Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

A beautiful resort - so private, yet had a vibrancy that gives it energy and a nice vibe. Although celebrating its 33rd year, it still feels current and beats many named resorts who go for size and wow factor. The resort have shown its timelessness and thoughtfulness in terms of over the top personal service, so many activities (including some insights into the Balinese temple culture and blessings), and excellent food (the morning buffet is fantastic). It is also walking distance to local seafood restaurants for a local local sunset experience. Experience matters and the staff showed a personal touch that went above and beyond. The villas had privacy, was a nice size filled with many thoughtful spaces for relaxation and enjoyment. The resort went above and beyond all of my expectations. Well done to the staff for making the stay so enjoyable and memorable.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and equal to the Four Seasons Sayan. Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff, I particularly loved the 80 meter pool for lap swimming and the special massage tables at the spa.

As always, 4S guarantees us a wholesome, perfect stay. 4S’s signature is the impeccable service. The staff has been throughout our stay extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The best service can be found in 4S. The resort is located in the Jimbaran bay, giving us a direct access to the beach. The architecture of the resort feels very organic, and nature-like with many plants, trees, flowers. It has been very well designed and enjoyable to wander around. The villa has a lovely view on the bay, with a private pool and an outdoor daybed. The room is comfortable, well designed. However, perhaps the indoor shower area could benefit from a revamping. Moving on to food, since my last visit, the hotel has opened a couple new restaurants. Sundara, seated near the beach and Jala, an Indonesian restaurant. We had tasty meals during our stay, which was bery satisfying. The mocktails are also very good. The resort spa is lovely, located near the entrance of the hotel, with several lotus flower ponds and water fountains. It has a very calming atmosphere. The therapists were skilled and allowed me to fully recharge and relax during my stay. If you have to choose a resort for your stay in Bali, 4S Jimbaran is an amazing choice.

There are great hotels, there are exceptional hotels, and then there are places that stay with you forever. Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay belongs to that last category. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many luxury hotels around the world, but what we experienced here was something truly special. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely cared for, appreciated and looked after in a way that is increasingly rare in modern hospitality. The resort itself is stunning. Our villa was beautiful, spacious, immaculately maintained and offered the perfect blend of Balinese character and modern comfort. Every detail felt thoughtful and refined. The grounds are magnificent, the atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, and the entire property exudes a sense of timeless elegance. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but Sundara deserves a special mention. The setting is spectacular, the cuisine is outstanding, and the overall experience is simply unforgettable. What truly elevates this resort, however, is its people. A heartfelt thank you to Martini and her entire team. The warmth, professionalism, kindness and attention to detail we received were extraordinary. Every member of the team made us feel valued and welcomed, and it was clear that creating memorable experiences for guests is not just their job—it is part of who they are. We would also like to give special recognition to Yannick and David at Sundara. They are absolute rock stars. Their energy, genuine hospitality, attention and ability to make every guest feel special are remarkable. Guys, It was such a pleasure to meet both of you. You're amazing. We'll see each other very soon—we'll bring some Spanish olive oil 😃 Luxury can be found in many places. Genuine care, heartfelt service and the feeling of being truly looked after are much rarer. This resort delivered all of that in abundance. We arrived with high expectations and left with memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Four Seasons Jimbaran was truly an exceptional stay from beginning to end. The beautiful resort, peaceful surroundings, and outstanding service made our experience unforgettable. Our villa was always immaculate and perfectly tidy, which made coming back after a day of activities such a pleasure. A special shout-out to Atik, who made our stay even more meaningful. We enjoyed several wonderful activities with her, including learning how to write our names in Balinese on a palm leaf, touring the resort grounds while learning about the beautiful temples and Balinese traditions, and participating in an offering ceremony. Atik was so warm, knowledgeable, and patient, and she did an amazing job sharing the culture with us in such a personal way. The entire Four Seasons team made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. It was the perfect combination of luxury, culture, beautiful surroundings, and genuine Balinese hospitality.
