Hard Rock Hotel Bali

We stayed at Hard Rock for my birthday as a family of four, and what an incredible experience it was! The facilities were amazing, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We upgraded to Rock Royalty and honestly cannot say enough about how grateful we are for the experience. It made our stay even more memorable! We also had a family photo shoot with Al, who was absolutely spectacular. He made the experience so enjoyable and presented us with a beautiful collection of photos that we’ll treasure forever. Splash on Fire was one of our favourite dining experiences, with both boys thoroughly enjoying a tomahawk steak each! A special mention to Anom, who absolutely made each evening with his fantastic service, warm personality and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire Hard Rock team for making my birthday celebration so memorable. The outstanding service, wonderful facilities and special touches made it an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back! 🤘❤️

We had an amazing experience over 10 years ago and it didnt dissappoint again. The kids loved the pool, location and the hospitality of all staff. The Indulgence dinner was a unique experience and Gilang our host was beyond professional.

We’re actually in Bali still and are sadly leaving Hard Rock in a couple days. The whole experience has been amazing. The staff, the room, the food and the overall experience has been great. My young son and I have had a blast. We unfortunately had to make a trip to the onsite medical centre late on a Sunday evening due to a sudden ear infection, and the staff there were amazing. Quick, and they gave us the appropriate medication to treat the problem. I also want to give a huge shout out to Paparazzi photo studio. Don’t leave Hard Rock without scheduling a photo shoot! I’m so happy with my photos and I can’t stop staring at them. Phill & Noval took amazing photos and were so professional and thorough. The staff in the studio itself were amazing and helpful too. I really struggled to choose only a handful of the photos for the photo book, because they were all so beautiful. I also had an amazing 60min massage in the onsite spa, and I walked out feeling so relaxed! We’re loving our stay here, and will definitely be back!

Experience far exceeded expectations. Incredible hotel for all walks of life, but, in particular, for families. Room was the best I’ve ever stayed in - even had a PS5 for the kids! Atmosphere and service was welcoming from the get go. The extras, like being able to have a guitar delivered to your room off a menu, free of charge, is a very unique experience. Incredible facilities: main pool area gives any commercial water park a run for its money; a range of bars and restaurants to choose from, all of which have incredible food/drinks/service; music memorabilia for music enthusiasts - such a unique vibe. Staff are extremely polite, accommodating, and professional. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Rika, Novi, Rini, Dessy, Widya. Thanks for making our stay so memorable! Will absolutely stay again!

Amazing experience at the Hard Rock Cafe hotel. We were there for a honeymoon with kids and we had the best time ever. The location is just next to the beach, for lovely sunset views. The resort itself offers everything you need, great kids facilities with slides and small kids play area. Fun for all ages, music all day long and fantastic staff that made us feel so welcome. A special thanks to the Rock royalty team: Rika, Novi, Rini, Bessy, Wibya, Gilang for treating us as royalty and made this holiday so unforgettable. We will be back next year!
