Mercure Bali Sanur Resort

It was a wonderful stay in the mercure resort sanur it is our seconden home we been here for 25 year an it is always very good to stay for 2 month

Mercure is a wonderful hotel with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. We return here every year, and it truly feels like coming home. The team is always welcoming and professional, and we have never been disappointed. The gardens are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect as well — right by the beach and within easy reach of everything in Sanur. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year!

Very satisfactory experience even though much rain so not much beach time. The attendants are so lovely especially the very personable Hendra. I cannot say enough about the spa…Balinese massage, Boren treatment, Ranum’s quiet presence …so soothing. Somethings are ordinary(linens, breakfast) but overall the facility with lush garden landscaping is so enjoyable. Thank you.
