Mercure Bali Sanur Resort

the place is good and the staff is kind. all experience in there overall good

Happy to stay at Mercure Sanur hotel, hotel with strategic location near the heart centre of sanur village, our room with a pool view with a nice garden & big balcony make our holiday memorable, all stsff very friendly & helpfull always offering help, We are very enjoyed during my stay, we will plant to come back again next time

We stayed at this property for 4 night in May. I loved the property with its spacious rooms, big backyards to the room, lots of trees on the property which made it very pleasant throughout the day … I would specifically like to compliment Dua from the spa and Moreno from the restaurant for such fabulous service and the joy the bring to the place just by their presence ..

Hotel with good location, in centre of sanur village, nice view access to the beach with white sandy, restaurant very cozy with various buffet dinner promotion, room with balcony, staff very friendly & helpfull especially Mr. Samuel & Yudi at the Guest relations, definetly I will be back on my next holiday

The service at Mercure is very poor. I brought my 3-year-old child, and when I requested the room service to warm up food at 10 AM, she didn’t arrive until 4 PM. The same goes for when I called to ask for my food order to be delivered; it has been 3 hours and it still hasn’t arrived. I informed the duty manager and customer experience, but they did not follow up and ignored my concerns. They were unable to trace what had happened. The staff's performance is far from satisfactory, and even when I requested them to contact the GM, the GM did not come to reach out to me. This is very far from Mercure's standards.
