Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

My 2 sisters and I booked into the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa to celebrate a Birthday. I booked 2 Palace Club rooms directly through the All Accor App and as an Accor Platinum Member we were so grateful to receive an upgrade to a Suite room which gave us some extra space to enjoy time together. Our rooms were fully renovated maintaining their traditional Balinese style. Location Across from Nusa Dua Beach with an incredibly safe and picturesque walking path directly out the front. Walking distance to nearby Shopping and Beauty Services at Bali Collection. Resort Picturesque large resort with 3 Pools, daily activities and 5 onsite restaurants with very reasonable prices. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed our time at both the main pool and the Spa pool. There are lots of optional activities including traditional dances and Cultural experiences. There is a great Gym and beautiful Spa area and I enjoyed a lovely facial in the onsite Spa. The treatment left me feeling relaxed and keen for more. Palace Club experience Our stay was made extra special by the beautiful attentive staff in the Palace Club. Words simply cannot explain how much we appreciated the service of these wonderful staff. We enjoyed Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Evening drinks in the Palace Club with a great selection of Food and Drinks. We also enjoyed a couple of outdoor Soirées with the Palace Club team and other guests and Executive Staff of the Hotel. We enjoyed our time so much we are planning at least one if not two return visits in 2027. Lucky we are in nearby Australia so it’s a fairly quick flight.

The facilities are fabulous, rooms very comfortable and staff cannot do enough to help. Had a deal to stay here which included all meals and a 3 hour drink package. We also had a massage which was heavenly. We just wanted to completely relax and not feel rushed so this was perfect!

Artha was really friednly abd helpful. Thanks to him our service was perfect. Menu is so elegant abd well arranged. Place is highly recommended.

Artha, Michael, and the entire team was amazing and served some of the best food we had in Nusa Dua. The best dish for us was the churros which was our last dish of the evening.

The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel has been our favourite hotels in Bali since we first visited in the early eighties It has the wonderful original Balinese ambience with very friendly staff and a perfect location on Nusa Dua Beach. The rooms are comfortable and recently renovated but the only problem we encountered was the air conditioning would not achieve anything below 23 degrees which is not so good when you return to your room after being in the Bali heat all day This aside we highly recommend the property . We have stayed around 15 -20 times in the past years and we will continue to return soon.
