Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud, with our family of four. The location is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful natural surroundings, creating a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The entire resort was peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and we felt it was great value for money. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. A special thank you to Gayathi Putri, who was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful in organising everything we needed. Although I cannot remember everyone's names, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding service. We also appreciated the hotel arranging our private driver, Yadi, who was fantastic, punctual and very helpful throughout our sightseeing trips. Words cannot express how much our family enjoyed this experience. Thank you to the entire Sthala team for making our holiday so special and memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Ubud!

I loved this hotel and was sad to leave. What makes this hotel so amazing is the staff! Candra, Yuca, and Echa were amazing. I also really enjoyed the spa, the best massages since I’ve been here in Bali!

I really like my stay here. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a river and the serenity of its surroundings, which I really like during my last trip three years ago. I could tell that the room had been renovated. The breakfast is one of the highlights here, with almost every food you would expect in a Balinese breakfast, plus special dishes everyday. You don't need to wait in a queue for omelettes, noodle soups or crepes because the staff always delivers the food you ordered. I think what most impressed me during my stay is from the service of the hotel. To start with, I would like to thank DIAH, who provided info & instructions on my daily activities, SUMIARSA, who guided me on a bike tour to the hotel's neighboring villages, and MEGAN, who showed me the local morning market and taught me how to make canang sari. I also appreciate Prandita and Nanda's timely housekeeping everyday and assistance by many others whose name I regretfully could not memorize. Another highlight of the hotel is its complimentary activities. I took a bicycle tour, a morning market tour and a canang sari class. These activities gave me a chance to know the lives and culture of the local people, who are always friendly and optimistic. In all, it was a perfect time staying here. I definitely would like to revisit this hotel for another longer stay.
