Do not bother coming to this place since we last came it proper gone down hill av never been so tired food quality must be terrible none of the lifts work properly. The pool has got all green scum on the side.. its turned into a proper dirty place dont waste your money..

Read the reviews after booking as was really worried! Everything was fine! Hotel is basic and a bit dated but clean, food was a bit samey but edible, Pizza was to die for! Restaurant was clean and plates/cups taken away frequently, drinks on tap. Only issue there was always a wait for the lift especially peak times and pool was very small for number of guests. That being said the water park was great and just outside hotel and beach at end of the road so we didn’t feel the need to stay on site at all. Evenings were quite noisy as it’s is a little built up cove of three hotels and shops but all done by 11pm. Cleaners came every other day and beds were made and towels changed, as we arrived so late at night they had prepared small packed lunches (no option of what’s in it so if you don’t eat meat you may wish to bring something with you) . You have to pay for kettle and safe but I think that’s quite normal and there are a handful of glasses and a fridge only in the room. My husband did get asked if he would like to buy drugs however it was when he was alone and they didn’t pester so although off putting it wasn’t really an issue! Lots of cats around who are so well looked after by the hotels and shops. Would stay again

Our Family Stay – The Good, the Not-So-Good & Would We Return? ☀️🌴 We stayed here as a family with three children aged 13, 11 and 3, and overall, we had a really good holiday! 👍 The Pros The hotel is big and spacious, with nice rooms and plenty of shops right outside. There’s also a cheap supermarket nearby, which is always a bonus when you’re travelling with kids. One of the biggest positives was the free entry to the water park included with our stay. Just be aware that it isn’t all-inclusive, so you do have to pay for food and drinks once inside, although we thought the prices were reasonable. Children under 6 also need to wear armbands, regardless of whether they can swim. The hotel is right on the beach, which is lovely, and the sunsets are beautiful. A special mention has to go to Taurito Bar! My husband and son watched the football there, and the staff were amazing with the kids. They really made them feel welcome, which we appreciated so much. The food was good, with plenty of variety, so there was always something to choose from. The drinks were okay too. There were only around three cocktail options, but there was a good selection of other alcoholic drinks. All the staff we encountered were lovely, friendly and helpful. The pool isn't particularly big, but there were plenty of sunbeds available, so finding somewhere to relax wasn't an issue for us. The entertainment was okay, although we felt there could have been more organised by the entertainment team. There are plenty of paid extras available if you want more activities. 👎 The Cons The beds were quite uncomfortable, which was probably our biggest downside. We did see a couple of cockroaches during our stay. Obviously, nobody wants to see them, but in a warm climate like this, they can be part of the environment. The location is quite isolated, so there isn't loads going on nearby beyond the shops and facilities. However, there is public transport right outside, which makes getting around easier. One thing worth knowing if you have football-loving children is that the football pitch isn't included. It costs €20 per hour, plus a €20 deposit. Unfortunately, the pitch is concrete, and the nets had holes in them, so we felt the facilities could do with some improvement. ⭐ Would We Stay Again? Yes, absolutely! Despite a few downsides, we had a lovely family holiday, and the kids absolutely loved it. With children aged 13, 11 and 3, finding somewhere that everyone enjoys can be difficult, but there was enough here to keep them happy. It's not a perfect hotel, and there are a few things that could be improved, but we had a great time overall. The friendly staff, beach location, water park access and family-friendly atmosphere made it a holiday we would happily repeat. I'd recommend it to families looking for a relaxed holiday, as long as you go knowing about the extra costs and the more isolated location. Overall: A great family holiday, with a few things to be aware of before booking! 🌞

Good- rooms large, free water park access, little ice cream tubs, friendly staff, good kids mini disco Bad- food very basic, breakfast needs pancakes for children, long wait if you want toast as just 2 x 6 slice toasters with only a couple of slots working properly on each one! I gave up most mornings. Need to have a member of the team constantly doing toast like they do for fried eggs?. Poor choice on snack bar with just pre made ham/cheese toasties, hot dogs and burgers available. Room keys kept stopping working and we kept them well away from mobile phones. Had to have both room keys re done at least twice during our stay. A common problem according to the reception guys. Need to update the technology? Pool bar very noisy with loud dance music on during the day, not appropriate for young children and the same in the with Spanish rap music played loudly most evenings to entertain the bar staff/animation team rather than the 70% plus English holiday makers. If your a couple staying ask for a high level room as very noisy early mornings and late at night on the second floor.

Rooms adequate, did have to ask for room clean as it didn't get done on the day we asked for. Room cards are very unreliable, we had to have ours redone twice on one room and 3 times on the other room, badly out of date technology, apparently a common problem in the hotel according to the guys on reception. Food basic, not a great choice particularly on deserts when its mainly just the little square sponge cakes. Breakfast ok, need to offer pancakes for the children and need to invest in a proper toasting machine. Just had 2 old 6 slice toasters where a few of the slots didn't work so I gave up most mornings. Perhaps they need to have a kitchen staff member constantly doing toast like they do with the fried eggs? Snack bar very limited choice with just pre made ham/cheese toasties, hot dogs and burgers on offer, all pre made and kept in silver tubs next to the bar. The little ice creams were good for the kids. Entertainment generally ok, family hotel with over 70% English so need to cut down on the Spanish music and cater for the customers. Pool bar at times was like a club 18/30 with loud dance music which not appropriate when pool area full of families and young children not clubbers! Kids mini disco was good for the kids. Night time Entertainment a little the same with music before the kids mini disco and show a little in appropriate, think the music was to keep the bar/animation team Entertained rather than the guests! All together an average hotel nothing special. If your a couple ask to go on higher floors as very noisy at night and early morning.
