Great hotel in a good location clean rooms friendly staff

This was my second stay at Parque Tropical, and it felt just as wonderful as the first—if not better. This boutique hotel is a true hidden gem in Playa del Inglés, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that genuinely feels like coming back to family. The staff are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The food is a real highlight: excellent selection, outstanding quality, and everything made with fresh ingredients. The lunch bar menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. The garden is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and tropical setting throughout the hotel, and the location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach. The entertainment team also deserves special mention. They bring great energy, and the evening programs are always enjoyable. The Sunday lunch paella, paired with the show, is definitely something not to miss. Great value !

The location of this hotel is in a great spot. Close by , after 1 minute walk you will find the first restaurants and little shops. Also pretty much in front of the hotel is the bus stop that will take you to the excursion spots. Very spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is huge. A great variety of all kinds of different food. Even fresh smoothies are served. We booked breakfast only and are glad we did. At the arrival day we tried the dinner buffet out of convenience, because we were tired and wanted to stay at the hotel. Big selection as well but we are glad we didn’t book the half board. Just because we like to explore different restaurants, especially when there are so many to choose from. Gorgeous facility in general with a very lush yard. Lots of palm trees and exotic bushes everywhere. A hotel that looks so different from the other ones in this area. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a week with my wife for a bit of winter sun, the hotel was ideal for us, away from hectic night life, but still in walking distance of the town, the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly, attentive and the room was very comfortable…….would definitely recommend staying here

I must first say that the staff were extremely helpful, particularly on reception . The room was adequate however having a plastic shower curtain these days is a bit old-fashioned, also having to pay rental to use the safe in the room. I felt quite mercenary on their part. as the water in the room was labelled undrinkable I was surprised to find that to have water with a meal came at a charge. I did point out to the management that there is EU regulations stipulating that water must be provided free under the circumstances. However, my biggest problem is that I was the only English person at this hotel. The hotel is clearly designed for German speaking guests. Sadly some of them displayed the type of character one would not wish to be associated with for instance moving my towel and belongings from a particular sunbed around the pool because they wanted that favoured position.. there were other incidents which I will not go into, but we’re just as irritating and disappointing. The truth is this is a very nice hotel with adequate food and excellent surroundings. However it must be pointed out that it is in every respect a hotel catering for German speaking guests. because of this I had breakfast on my own. I sat by the poor side on my own , I at my evening meal on my own and likewise with the evening entertainment. I truly tried to engage people in conversation, but I was made to feel an outsider. I enquired with the management at the Hotel regarding its occupancy and they confirmed quite willingly but the Hotel caters in every respect for German speaking guests. Due to feeling so uncomfortable, I cut my holiday short and came home instead of having to endure the isolation. I must also repeat because it’s only fair to do so that the staff were excellent and you do in the end get quite used to being addressed in German!!🇩🇪
