Good location, plenty of shops around and not far from the beach. Nice chilled atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and hard working. The food was better than we expected, being a buffet style. Room was very clean with plenty of space. Wish we could have stayed longer

The location is beautiful, the hotel is very clean, the food is lovely and the sunset rooftop bar has stunning views. Great place for the price

A fabulous all inclusive break away to HL Suites with my husband. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Restaurant food was always fresh and the theme nights were great. Always plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff worked tirelessly clearing tables and doing drinks orders. The pool areas were clean. Never had to fight for sunbed, towels will be removed before 10am if you put out to reserve. You dont need to anyway, we always got sunbeds in sunny spots. Never felt overcrowded. View from roof terrace is stunning, especially at night when you can enjoy cocktails on the terrace. Evening entertainment we saw were different singers, all very good. We would definitely return to hotel despite the area being a little run down.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The food was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We have stayed before and stayed at many other hotels in playa del ingles this hotel is by far the best. All the staff great you with a smile and can’t do enough for you service at all bars is great. The house keepers come daily and the rooms are always immaculate. Food is great plenty of options and I am a tad fussy but always found something. It was my birthday whilst away and was greeted in the morning by a knock at the room and a bottle of fizz from the hotel. Well done to all as a hotel ❤️
